Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and unworn, with any tags and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact info@carat-couture.com If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items: sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges: we do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original order and place a new one once your return is accepted.
Order Cancellations: orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed; after that the order has entered fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if it is approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility; if the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover it.
