Shipping policy
At Carat Couture we serve customers across the United States with reliable shipping.
General: we currently ship throughout the United States. Options, costs, and delivery times may vary by location and order.
Processing Time: orders are typically processed within 1 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods processing may take slightly longer; we will keep you informed of delays.
Shipping Rates: free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Estimated Delivery: processing 1 to 4 business days; transit 4 to 6 business days; total 5 to 10 business days. Order cut-off 11:00 PM (EDT). Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or weather.
Shipping Restrictions: we do not ship to PO Box addresses or restricted areas.
Failed Delivery: for failed attempts, incorrect address information, or undelivered packages, orders may be returned to us; we will contact you to arrange a new shipment, which may incur additional cost.
Lost or Damaged Packages: if your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact info@carat-couture.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
